I have experience of working in both nationwide and independent estate agencies but, increasingly found that my passion to give clients the level of personal support necessary to make their journey as easy and successful as possible was limited by targets over service.
For this reason, I chose to launch my own business, giving me the freedom to offer my clients a truly bespoke service, dedicated to providing as much time as possible to each of my clients through every stage of the process involved with buying or selling a property.
I will be in regular contact with you from valuation to completion, ensuring the transaction is as efficient and smooth as possible for all parties involved. I will also provide you with professional photography at my expense, enabling prospective buyers to explore and evaluate your property with ease. You will continue to benefit from exposure to Rightmove and Zoopla, as you would through a traditional estate agency, but you will also have the advantage of a tailored approach to fit your specific requirements, to get you the sale you want, quickly and effectively.
I also offer lettings service including tenant find, rent collect and full management. I provide professional photography floorplans and videos on all of my rental properties, to help you maximise your exposure and achieve the best rent possible.
